The Tanarus FAQ is a resource to help users with installation and hardware support for Tanarus. This guide covers common questions and problems associated with Tanarus, and also details hardware support for the game. If this technical page still does not solve your troubleshooting needs, or you don't know where to go to resolve a problem, please email our Technical Support staff. Many messages we receive simply say, "Help. Tanarus doesn't work." Most problems associated with running Tanarus are simply configuration errors, but without specific details on your system, we just have to guess. We truly want to help, and ask that you take the time to detail the problem, along with your system setup.
